It's a great place to live.
The staff is friendly and
helpful. They resolve
maintenance issues right away.
The buildings are beautiful
and I love the inside of the
apartments. They have so much
to offer here.

buildings needs to be
improved. Not all buildings
have signage on each end.
Possibly might need to have
small building signs posted on
the entryways to the buildings

The Dakota in the village is
centrally located. It is a
very safe place to live. I
have pets and they cater to
making it easy to walk them
and have nice cleanup areas.
The ammenties are great and
the fact that there is a
washer and dryer in the units
is so convenient. The floor
plans are large and the
ceilings are high so you do
not feel like you are closed
in. I have lived in a house
for many years and the
adjustment to apartment living
has been very smooth.

I would tell them that it is
quiet and homey in a great
way. The apartments are large
and beautiful and there are so
many great amenities so there
is always something fun going
on.
